Phase I - Issue RFI
On May 22, 2006, the City of Seattle issued a Request for Interest
(RFI) seeking private partners to develop a state of the art fiber to
the premises (FTTP) broadband network.

Phase III - Determine Next Steps
The City is now evaluating its options and may choose to pursue one of the following options: proceed to a Request for Proposals; proceed to more in depth discussions with RFI respondents; no further action.
