Welcome. I chair the Public Safety and Education (PSE) Committee which is responsible for policy oversight and legislative actions associated with criminal justice, law enforcement, fire safety and emergency medical services. The PSE Committee is also responsible for oversight of the Families and Education Levy and collaborates with the Seattle Public School District Board of Directors, its administrators and others in the community on joint projects to strengthen Seattle’s public schools.
My staff and I are here to serve you, answer your questions or help you navigate the city's bureaucracy. You can schedule a meeting with me on most Friday mornings between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Please let us know how we can help you.
