Paul Elliott, Chief of Staff

Paul Elliott is a Seattle native and graduate of the University of Washington. He has worked as a Legislative Aide to Councilmember McIver since early 2001. The last ten of those years was spent in Washington, D.C.

Since returning to Seattle, he has been involved in numerous political campaigns, including management of the successful 2003 race of Alec Fisken to the Seattle Port Commission, Terry Bergeson’s successful 2000 reelection bid for the post of Washington State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the successful 1997 City of Seattle Families & Education Levy. He has also served as the treasurer for numerous campaigns, including Norm Rice’s 1996 bid for Governor, Councilmember McIver’s 2001 reelection effort, and the 2002 State Supreme Court race of Judge Michael Spearman.
