Effective January 9, 2008 all permit applications must comply with the 2006 editions of the Seattle Building, Residential, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, and Fire codes.
Technical Code staff at DPD develop and maintain building regulations that promote safety, accessibility, health and energy efficiency. They develop code amendments and Director's Rules affecting the following regulations in Seattle:
