For the Homebuyer NOFA, approximately $2.2 million is available for homebuyer assistance in Spring 2007.  The fund sources are federal HOME Program and City of Seattle Housing Levy.  OH reserves the right to award less or more funds, should they become available, depending upon the proposals received.

Homebuyer NOFA: Notice of Funding Availability

The purpose of this program is to assist families and individuals earning at or below 80 percent of area median income to become homeowners.   Nonprofit agencies, private, for-profit developers, and mortgage lenders are invited to submit proposals for projects that will provide homeownership opportunities for low-income households.

April 6 - noon Complete capital funding applications due to Office of Housing
