Several Public Funders in Washington created the Combined Funders Annual Report to meet the needs of all participating Funders and to facilitate reporting requirements for contractors with multiple public funding sources.

The Annual Report is a valuable tool for monitoring the performance of housing projects and determining compliance with contract terms. You must complete all of the required forms and submit them to each Funder no later than the due dates stipulated in regulatory agreements.

At this time, Funders do not share copies of your report-you must send a full report to each of your Funders.

The Combined Public Funders group is continually growing.
