How can I be notified if my tenant is delinquent in paying their electric bill?
|
Are you a home owner who is renting property to a tenant? If so, you may be interested in being notified if your tenant becomes delinquent on the electric account.
To request notification when your Tenant has become delinquent, please use the form below.
Please be aware that your tenant will be notified of your request for notification of account delinquency as required by law. In addition, this request applies only to the tenant(s) listed on the form. If there is a change in tenancy, Seattle City Light must receive a request for notification of delinquency for the new tenant(s) in order to continue the notification process. If there are multiple tenants in different units (such as an apartment complex) you must fill out a form for each unit's tenant.
You MUST be the owner or the owner's agent in order to receive this information.
