Elevate Giving - and Support Project Share
Project Share Logo
Imagine no heat or light during the coldest months of the year. This is the situation many families face when they are unable to pay their electric bills. Project Share, generously supported by Seattle City Light customers helps eligible families make emergency payments to keep their lights on.

NEW this 2008 holiday season - The Space Needle supports Project Share through their Tree for All Elevate Giving event. Print this voucher and bring to the Space Needle. When you purchase a general admission Observation Deck ticket, Project Share will receive $5 back for each ticket purchased and will be in the running for a grand prize donation from the Space Needle of $25,000. Enjoy the view and please help a family have a warm holiday. Thank you for your support!

City Light Seeks Input on Strategic Business Plan
Your Energy Future - what will it look like and where will our power come from today and in the future? At Seattle City Light, we are fortunate to have an abundance of low-cost, clean, renewable hydro-electric power, however, new regulations require us to obtain new, renewable energy sources. We also must ensure that our workforce has the skills and training to bring this power to your home reliably, safely and affordably.

An important part of our planning process includes talking with you about the challenges and opportunities ahead. We need to be thinking long-term and strategically about how we will meet the energy needs of our customers. Learn how you can help.

Kill Vampires, Save Money
The darker days of Fall and Winter mean that our customers will be using more electricity for lighting and heating their homes and businesses. At this time of year it's more critical than ever to be aware of the many "energy vampires" that literally suck up electricity and can add significantly to your power bill. KOMO-TV recently covered this issue, and provides great tips for putting a "stake through the hearts" of the vampires in your home. See the article and video here.
